You can burn all your bridges,
but I will still find a way across your troubled water.
And you can dream another dream,
but I will still be there in your mind.....fading away.
You may change your face,
but in your eyes the story will always be the same.
And even though you changed your mind,
in your heart I will always remain.....fading away.
I guess that love hurts,
I think we must love to hurt.
I felt like sand falling through your hourglass,
poured out of your heart and out of your life.
I swear your smell still lingers in the air i breathe,
and I know your ghost still casts a shadow over me.
I'm just fading away.
