NO WHITE FLAG…(©Peter Sprenkeler)
Terrorism’s great desire is to drive us to our knees,
Indeed to a degree this evil may hold the upper hand.
There will be no white flag…although we are fearful and shaken,
Of our resolve…terrorism just does not understand.
Yet terrorism is just another tool of the spiritual enemy,
So much of the world he has totally deceived.
Yet there will be no white flag…despite his deception,
It is so extensive…it is hard to be believed.
And yet to this enemy…we will glare defiantly,
We will not relent…in courage we will stand.
There will be no white flag…no bent knees of submission,
Against evil…to fight our souls demand.
In arrogance evil will strut…thinking the victory at hand,
Yet it does not realize the war has only just begun.
There will be no white flag…despite deeds dark and unholy,
We will resist in righteousness…in the shining sun.
We may be bruised and bloodied…yet far from beaten,
We realize that awesome foes against us vie.
There will be no white flag…though battles we lose,
We will not roll over weakly and die.
There will be no rest for evil…no lack of courage from us,
There will be defiance…as long as blood does course.
There will be no white flag…the Deceiver will be beaten,
Righteousness and honour…inevitably a victorious force.

It's so powerful and riveting,
not to mention that it's got so much meaning behind it!

you're portrayed your message very clearly here,

| I think the message is a bit too simplistic - you've written this from the very black-and-white POV of Bush & co. without taking a deeper look into the terrorism side. They have their reasons. But in any case, to each his own. |
