The changing of her hair.
The symbolism of her even stares.
She wishes her looks could become
more then an even stare.
Her raven hair.
Her sharp grayish brown eyes.
Her slender but shapely body
glowing with purity
and grace.
The sunlight shining off her golden face.
She walks with an even pace.
She wishes her soul could reflect her
outer apprearence.
Or even her vivid soul.
Which lie a strong hold.
A hold to lock the golden mold.
Her biggest fear is that she'd never be as
pure as gold.
The grace of her face.
She wishes she had a secret place.
Her low self-esteem
and she's all mixed up
like whipped cream.
Many things appear as if it's only a dream.
She feels like her life is on high beams.
And she can't see her shattered dreams.
Her life on high beams.
She missed the purpose, the key.
Because the high beams took her sight.
To see the beauty that blocked
her sight.

Your write spoke to me as if you'd read my diary. Honestly, it's got a lot of the same feeling as "The Me Beyond The Mirror Within Myself" and... wow. I'm glad you shared this one.
Also, on a more mechanical note it had an interesting flow and beautiful rhythm.
Lots of love and peace be with you,
Chelsea |
