Have You Ever?

Topic: LostLove

Have You Ever?

Have you ever wanted someone so bad,
That your every thought is of them?
That everytime you close your eyes all you see is them, you feel them?
Your every thought is of them?
Every breath, every word?
Have you ever wanted someone so bad,
Needed them with all your being?
All your heart and soul?
Ever needed someone you could never have?
That elusive happiness just out of reach?
Is it really better to have loved and lost, Than to have never loved at all?
Well I have, and now I must move on once more

GOD BLESS,

I KNOW JUST HOW YOU FEEL. I WAS GOING WITH THIS GUY, WHO WAS A MINISTER, WE WERE GOING OUT FOR TWO YEARS. WE DECIDED TO MOVE AWAY. HE WENT TO LOOK FOR A HOUSE AND WHEN HE CAME BACK HE MET SOMEONE ELSE AND MARRIED HER. LET ME HANGING. I WAS SO HURT. I FELT THE SAME WAY ABOUT HIM IN YOUR POEM. I PRAY THAT GOD WILL HELP ME TO LEARN HOW TO FORGET HIM. IT'S IS SO HARD BECAUSE I LOVED HIM SO MUCH. NOW IT'S SO HARD FOR TO START ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP. I DIDN'T WANT TO START A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM, BECAUSE OF FEAR OF BEING HURT. LOOK WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW. HURT. PAIN, SUFFERING, HEARTACHE.

GWENDOLYN

hello there,
well this poem is so nice and very true.i have felt like that and it hurts to love someone so much like the way you said in the poem, and for them not to be able to be yours.i know how you felt, but you gotta move on,i did,and now i'm so happy with someone who loves me back.and i'm glad you've moved on too.it's cuz, see, you realize that it's no longer happiness when you think of them or see them, you realize its sadness and pain you feel, and that's not what love is ALWAYS about,it's also about being happy you know.so then someone will come, don't worry.
love always,
andrea
