I am wicca.
people don’t under stand.
no one understands to feel safe I hide what I am.
but tell me, why should I hide.
I am wicca I follow a life of good.
I protect animals.
I am a healer.
I pray just like you do.
well maybe not, I pray to a goddess too.
I am kind
and if you gave me a chance you would see.
I am not evil.
I can not harm for I would be the one caused pain.
you may know me.
I walk at your side every day.
I protect you with out your knowing.
your my friend or even family.
I am part of life
someone you think you know every thing about.
I am your best friend.
I stop your pain and suffering.
I talk to your dead.
I heal your wounds.
I am here every day.
you think I’m just like you.
you know not what I do.
don’t look down on my

From one Pagan to another. Great poem, full of emotions, I've been through this - of trying to get your voice across that you are just like everyone else - stereotypes are such hard things to take off.

Stand up for what you are. But be careful of whom you confess to, because some ppl are judgemental. I love you for who you are and it doesn't matter what your beliefs. Your are my friend, and lina's friend and that is all that matters.
