I wish I could not be blamed,
For the bad things that are done.
I wish this shame would go away,
Or I'd be free so I could run.
Tha damage people can cause...
I wish time would just pause,
So I could disappear with no-one knowing,
The place of where I'm hiding.
I wish I had the courage,
To lift it to my chest,
To plunge the knife in deep,
So I could lay to rest.

Very beautifully wrote. I can really relate to this. I especially like
" I wish I had the courage,
To lift it to my chest,
To plunge the knife in deep,
So I could lay to rest."
I love that part... brillant. |

| I have to say, I whole-heartedly sgree. Courage is probably the only thing that keeps me here. I'm too afraid of pain. I can only asume that's how you or other's feel. Picking up the knife is one thing, pushing it in is another. But like they say: suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem, right? So, keep the poetry flowing and the best of luck in scaling those mountains. |
