Is this like Hell
or being in Purgetory
Not knowing your own worth
talk to me...what's your story
I'm asking you now
tell me right where I stand
Is it her...is it me
should I offer lips or hand
I've tried to be open
it's the modern thing to do
Guess that I'm old fashioned
...can't share you...
I never want to lose you
always want you in my life
I wanted you...I walked on in
I knew you had a wife
I thought that I could handle it
thought that I was stronger
My heart's involved I'm in too deep
can't take it any longer
Frantic!! Don't know what to do
afraid to pose the question
Wish I knew your answer
can't bear to face rejection
So..should we stop this now
go back to regulation
Wish I hadn't time to think
while you were on vacation
