Autocracy

Alone in a bar,
But no drink hides the scar.
My eyes have been scratched,
My tears have been snatched.
This world has turned,
The edge of my passion just burned.
It’s too late,
I look at you with hate.
Leave me alone,
Don’t call me on the phone.
Stop playing with my head,
Just turn away instead.
At the end of the day,
It’s better this way.
You were never a part of me,
& you will never be.
Don’t you see,
You forced this on to me.
I will forget,
And I do regret.
My lost attention,
The words unmentioned.
Just makes me *****,
The days I missed,
The time we kissed.
my skin has been pealed,
I’ll never feel healed.
You took away my devotion,
You blended my emotions.
Before I couldn’t see,
That you had a hold on me.
I’n my lonely mind,
You were one of a kind,
Someone hard to find.
You lowered me into the ground,
& I listened to the sound.
My strength was taken,
The ground had shaken
Am I mistaken?
I was sold to impurities,
Drowning in your insecurities.
If it makes you feel better,
I’ll burn that letter.
I’m the one you least expected,
And u really think you chose me when you got rejected.
You fooled me,
But now I see.
My eyes are dry,
Co’s you’re not worth a cry.
Your ego is being told,
So put these letter’s in bold,
My feelings you sold.
Our friend ship is lost,
So now pay the cost.
Do you want a turn?,
So tell me who crashed to burn?
What new face ,
Will take my place.
I have a voice,
From now on I make the choice.
The words you spit were strong,
But it hurts you co’s you know you’re wrong.
Do you feel like you’ve been rushed,
Do you feel your heart got crushed?
Am I leaving you bare?
Oh well who care’s?
I know where you’ve been,
I know what you’ve seen,
But that doesn’t mean
That you know me.
I’m in a daze,
But I realize you’re just a phase,
& you’re not worth the chase.
So don’t even try,
Go home to cry.
Don’t do it here,
Go drown in your beer.
So sit alone in the dark with that blank stare,
Feel the hurt that I no longer care,
& notice that with out me your life will be bare.
