unbidden dreams creep into my mind,
i cannot seem to force them in line.
flashes of heat, pulses of flame
storming my mind like summer rain
sparks of lightning, slow it begins
crash of thunder, then it transcends
raging flow, no ebb and tide
current swept, along for the ride
i slowly wake in a tempestuous state
only to find it was all in my mind.

| I like this.... and nahhhh - it's not too suggestive at all. I like the storm imagery - I've used it as well... though, not quite as you did. Nicely done! Welcome to YPCD... I'm looking forward to reading more of your work! |
