Tainted Painting

The world is just a tainted painting,
With all the lost loves and the hurt escalating,
This is more than a work of art,
It befriends you at first then rips out your heart.
Our world is far from black and white,
It possess pain in the dark and the light,
The painting is as ugly as sin,
Where does it all end and where does it begin?
Life is a ***** and she’ll kick you in the teeth,
Never lets you see what really lurks beneath,
This place is just a twisted universe,
And all who exist here are blessed with a curse.
The answer to that question is yes,
The world can wear a masquerade dress,
Hide all it’s hate and disguise it so well,
This scary place has so many tales to tell.
You can’t hang this painting on your wall,
It will damage you and cause you to have a great fall,
Our planets axis is the artist’s easel,
With her brush she colours it with evil.
