The blue sun sends chills down my neck as the wind
whispers obscenities in people’s ears.
Love has left this house
and Blue has taken over the hearts of those
who dwell in it.
A little boy sits in a corner,
His mind is simple, too innocent
to comprehend the sadness around him.
Rage quietly lights her fire in the little boy’s heart
and feeds it with the wind’s obscenities
and the mother’s tears,
while Blue watches from above
and relishes the sight of pain in
the little boy’s eyes.
