Once upon a midnight dream,
I sleep, not soundly, and so I scream,
Yelling, kicking, in my bed,
Until I move and hit my head,
With open eyes, I look around,
Tears, just streaming down,
No ones there, no one cares.
I do not dare, go back to sleep again,
For the fear of the awful dream, still haunting me,
So I stare into the dark, with open eyes,
I just sit there, and cry...
