A Heart Found & Lost In The Fire

sadness sets into the deamon as he comes to realize he was built with no heart. tears
almost form as the thought crosses with no
love to give or hold. he sits with fire and
then burns his hand. he yells a horrible
sound and says oh yes now that's a pain i feel.
madness peeks into this confused fiend, as
he wounders why no heart. he continues about
his business as a fire he builds. then once
all was aflame he picked up a burning log
and pressed it to his arm. he yells a
terrible cry and says oh yes now that's a
pain i feel.
insanity took over the dumb beast. shocked
with the understanding of a heart. he built
a circle around him and lit it on fire. he
fell to his knees and yelled why am i
without a heart? just then he broke,
thinking, but i do. i love the idea of love.

This poem of yours had such deep underlying emotion to it. I'm very impressed with how your poetry has continued to improve.
Dark & painful and really just called out to me.
It reminds me that there is light and good but when you're hurting so deeply all you can feel is darkness and pain. I'm unsure if this poem was about you or just brilliant mental muses but regardless it was a really good poem.
