"Black Flames Of Life"
Time chases you down and pushes you on your face
It left you handicapped with no time to tell
Your clock has been stuck at mightnight for a month and a half
Your apartment left broken, hidden holes covered my love seats
Mismatching sofas prove your timelessness
All blacked out and nowhere to go
Left color blind by the beating your watch gave you
A short hand and long hand, resembling a clock
You tell time on your wall with your own disfigured arms
Peace sign; It's one o' clock; Clock is fixed
Doesn't matter when you have nobody to meet
Who needs time when you're alone?
You feel the colors coming back to you, but it's still midnight
Strained eyes, and butterfly wings keep you awake
Nothing's perfect; everything is wrong; but you enjoy it
The is your way of living
