We are kids we have dreams to
You always tell us "if you put your mind to it your dreams will come ture"
They tell us to be careful walking down the street
Well,we can't be if we are already to scared to step outside alone.
Stopping us girls from wearing that outfit because your worried something might happend to us like being raped or kidnapped, killed or never seen again
Telling those boys to pull up your pants and turn your hats around
Its bad enough they get presured into being in a gang, their style, their game and all seeing if the girls like them and going threw their growth spurt
I thought we were living in America a free country
I thought we were equal
Kids won't have a future if theie to scared to grow up
thinking about if there going to be like others as they age
Kids Don't have is as easy as you think
So listen to us we always have things to say:
Hey were kids to don't we have a right?
