I sit here toying with the strings of my life.
Trying to untangle the mess of which I created,
Found the gun lying there,
All i did was try not to stare,
It captured my every breath,
It stole my soul,
Knowing that down the barrel was my very death.
Ive spent my whole life trying to deny,
Trying to push back the feeling of my doubt.
Knowing that my life is nothing more than a grain of sand in a world full of sanstorms
Waiting to find the place,
That far off place,
Where I can feel safe,
From all those looming faces,
From all those mixed emotions,
I sustain my self,
For the place,
That far off place.
