There she sits, day and night
To me this does not seem right,
What is it that goes through her mind?
Maybe it's a better life she's trying to find
Staring into space and short of speech
Maybe it's just that she's out of reach,
I really hope she's not in a bad place
For she is fair of mind and fair of face
Is there any help out there for her?
Or is she stuck with this awlful torpor,
I've been in bad ways too in days gone by
If you wanna a good life you gotta try, try, try
Hanging in there, trying to sort it out
Living is so hard, you just wanna shout,
It helps to dissipate the anger inside
And let you see life's golden side
