In a secret place
I die in vain.
Stab this blade
Through my heart again.
I heard your words
All too well this time.
Breaking in my head
The voices begin to rise.
Poisoned soul and
I... I slit my wrists
On this lonely night.
You said, you said.
It’s coming back
Again tonight.
For all the nights
Spent crying in a corner.
There can be no
Dawn for me.
No, I’m too far gone.
Yeah, giving up tonight.
No more scars this time.
Can’t heal when you’re dead.
No more lies this time.
Won’t hear them when I’m gone.
Take my life away
From all I’ve ever known.
Save me from myself
Tonight and hold me
In your arms for life.

wow, wow, is all I can say...that was liek Im you....I have been through some of the same stuff...and I understand what you feel and what you are going through...Im also a cutter...and it isnt something to be proud of...but the expierience is something to write about...It was a great write...I'm gonna add it to my favorites to...lol god job keep it coming...and remember things will get better...I promise...it may take a while, but it will work out...the way it was meant to be worked out...

it seems as if you have been posting behind my back. While this poem was rather simplistic as opposed to poetic something in this just gripped my heart. I can't describe it... wow this is one of my favourites.

Thought I'd commented on this one, both times, and turns out I've not on either. Meh.
Anyhow . . .
I'm with Joel on this one. It's blunt and simple and upfront (in a sense) yet powerful, poignant, descriptive . . . meh. You get the idea.
