Broken Belief

And she was still
Wonderfully still
In the darkness of a dream destroyed
No move to save
She settles within the shattering
And becomes familiar with
The crashing
As it all caves in around her
And statues her heart
Once more hurt
To a numbness new
And everlasting
Within
The breath of a broken belief
In him.

I could relate with the emotions you poured out.
