Skin Deep

Topic: DarkPoetry

you b***h.
you cry.
you whine.
you beg.
i'm not yours to control.
the river plunges on,
the trees shoot down.
the mind grows numb.
after years of abuse,
you finally scream.
but no one's out there,
you're all by yourself.

faint traces of blood,
appear on the
cold mable floors.
a rape just like yours.
your heart is so soft,
i mold it to fit.
a murmer carries on the wind,
i slap it to cease.
no one is right,
the lies sink in.
honesty is only skin deep.
i lift the razor
and shed my skin.

My friend britty does not know anything about suicide.... she cutt herself shaving and said she did it on purpose.... I have six scars on my wrists, And it felt right at the time, but now i'm addicted.... I just havn't done it because I promised my Boyfriend i wouldn't ...so I relate to your poem.... I hope things get better.... I'm here for you.... Great poem.
