Your brush strokes your new picture frame
Soft strokes sympathetically stirring
And this paintings been melting in your heart
Now you can’t stand to be apart
Touching your picture
Looking at the sky in the frame
Gazing at the detached spotlight stars
Why is nobody in the picture?
Is everyone to blame?
You caress your auburn beard
And sit and think of the past
Of your heritage of your constraints
Of your women and of the pain
All sitting here in your picture frame

ohhhh Very nice to read a poem about one of our most famous artists, very well captured indeed.
Proud to be able to concider Van Gogh a part of our Dutch Heritage.
