Fell For Love

I am a fallen angel who has been cast down here,
Now I am a mortal and can cry a lonely tear,
I had to give my wings back I really didn’t want to,
Without my wings I can not fly, what am I meant to do?
What is my purpose if I am to be grounded,
In my new abode I stand bewildered and dumbfounded,
Will people know that I’m from another time and place,
Will they witness my fear of earth from the look on my face?
I want to go home back up where I belong,
So I can listen to the universes most beautiful song,
Hear the harps and chase the clouds,
Will I ever see the insides of heaven again, will I be allowed?
I was cast down because I fell in love,
Fell for someone who wasn’t from up above,
A human being, but he’s an angel in my eyes,
The moment I wanted him, me and heaven had to say our goodbyes.
Now I’m here will he want me?
Can I be everything he expects me to be,
He has only seen me in his dreams,
He absorbed me like the water from a stream.
For love I’d give up everything I own,
If I were royalty I would give up my throne,
My excitement is fringed with fear,
When he sees me will he hold me near.
He will think if strange that I am no longer where he finds his sleep,
But now I am his for good to love and to keep,
Now he can touch me and he kiss me,
His true love can truly set me free.
Do I just walk up to him or do I bide my time?
I am so eager I need him to be mine,
I am a fallen angel from way up above,
And when I fell ,I fell for love.

I do know what your saying here so that is good.. and a good write. i loved it. but the christian in me sees differently..and I know that I know your not talking about it in this maner. but I have to say it brought it to my mind.
the fallen angels who did not want anything to do with GOD.... remember those... who are the devil's demons now. so forth and so forth.... sandy |
