Eyes that see the sun set and rise
And see the world and hail demise
O truest foe of my hearts hate
That seals my soul to its fate
Show your face and know thy path
Silence now your stinging laugh
Let the snow die with grace
And show my eyes your darkened face
Let the lore be put to rest
O show to me your hellish best
Lay low the tales of lies
Allow these eyes their prolonged sighs
Shadows die and curtains fall
Walk now into my hall
Show me now thy face O best
Let my eyes upon you feast
This I ask and nothing more
The suspense burns me to the core
End the madness in my sight
By tears of god show my eyes the light
