i cannot speak
no words to form
for me to speak
its a useless hope of mine
i form words that no one can hear
you have blocked my voice out of you minds
out of your heads so you cant hear me cry
im just so useless
i cant be heard
if i try ill just be told down
put down again and again
maybe if i stopped being
just gave up all together
you wouldnt see me as i go
you would hear me cry my silent life into your ears
you cant hear me
dead to you
im dead to you
to all of you
i dont exist
im just no one
a nobody
a freak
so no one would mind if i shut myself up
just closed off all my motions
shut down and shut off my system of faliure
so this is what ill do
shut up
shut down
mute and dead
dead to you
dead to the world
sut off this system of mine that gose down throught a tunnel
this spirling system of faliure and misery
just shut it off
fick the switch and watch my moniter of a life fade
into and endless blackness
deeper ever deeper
and no one will notice
and no one will care
just shut down
no words to form
i cannot speak
mute

good poem... this touched me deep since I have also wanted to pause my life and let all the crap flow over me. I hope you find whatever it is that will give you fulfilment in your life.
