Victim of Your Heart

Droopy eyes of solitude, rest upon a muffled sigh.
Breaths exhaled through a dingy haze,
escorting misery within.
Peevish and reluctant, of accepting felicitous support.
Thought patterns are smothered,
engulfed by poison.
Sheltered wall of resentment, shambolic sadness erupts.
Weeping tears saturate your pale face,
the body begins to fold.
Heavy despair lingers on your identity,
absurdity must halt.
Hearts victim becomes strong,
eyes are lifted, dwindled energy draws back.
Prepare for peace, and recover your soul.

Great poem, though you don't quite make clear your solution. |
