it's always the route unwalked

IT’S ALWAYS THE ROUTE UNWALKED

Imagine one day you woke up and all of man’s creations were gone
Asleep in the dew grass open country everywhere
Where there were buildings now is vast forest
No roads or paths
Water without bacteria
Even the sky is a different color
Senses rise
See life through an immortal eye
That dream that I woke up from was a nightmare
It was all an illusion everybody pushed his or her beliefs too far into contradiction
Maybe it was tough love to see if I would lose my faith
Has anybody ever touched a star?
Did anyone witness complete nothingness?
And watch a universe expand
Single celled organisms didn’t see ask the ocean
I’m not supposed to mimic anyone else
Other worlds co exist beyond our vision
Breathing in second hand negativity
Miraculous activity
If we didn’t have a sun nobody would be alive
Religion doesn’t believe in dinosaurs but use fossil fuels
How do we know anyone’s been in space brainwashing conquerors are also good actors
We devote ourselves to any bull***** they tell us
We could sit in the natural splendor
Man contaminating sacred territory our heart
Interfering with our progression
I wanna convince myself I’m in a dream and be totally lucid
Do I have to persuade mankind of our godliness?
Dreams are glimpses into other dimensions
After death you’ll say
This is not what I thought it would be

A very thought provoking poem, yet a little assumptuous: I am a christain and I believe in dinosaurs I also believe in the naphallim ask me what they are and I will tell you one day.

Interesting write...all is part of creation but man has lost his blueprint...it lies deep within himself...
