Home Made Abortions

Home Made Abortions

in this night,
a horrid fright,
a young child swallowed by jeepers creepers
see my mother,
like no other,
she was strapped to a vacuum cleaner

abort the child,
wicked and vile,
the storm clouds fill the night sky
say your prayers,
standing there,
tonight a baby's gonna die

benediction,
born addicted,
to crystal meth and crack cocaine
see the blood,
my only son,
in the backyard we dig a shallow grave

screams aloud,
standing proud,
father, did you take joy in this victimize?
wheres my god,
the souls he robbed,
where do fetuses go when they die?

justify,
or legalize,
our swollen headed embryo slowly dies
many years,
its still so clear,
a premature skeleton washes up under the night skies

its so haunting,
and ever so taunting,
do you blame me for your abomination?
pass the bill,
for little kills,
put up in front of a group of murderers for a nomination

look into my eyes,
dont you lie,
and tell me satan isnt well and alive
black and white,
a horrid fright,
truly hell has visited this house tonight.

Whoa! You have conviction I must tell you that. You spoke volumes so I will keep my words on this subject brief.

Very confronting. you have a conviction, and boy do you voice it well! Bearing in mind the sad subject matter, I enjoyed reading this poem, and is one that will not be easily forgotten

wow, that's a terrible way to abort, but you wrote fantastically as usual.
