tears are falling down
like rain they soak the ground
why must we be so sad
we're drowning our lives with tears
mixed with everyones fears
please listen when i say
that all will be okay
tears are falling down
like rain they soak the ground.
i know that we have problems
i read them in these poems
cant we see the light.
i know the worlds still bright.
tears are falling down
like rain they soak the ground.
i fall when things get rough
and cry when it gets tough
i have made mistakes before
mistakes i cant ignore
but i know theres lingering hope
keep climbing up the splintering rope.
life with holds so much more
theres always love to heal the sore.
remember this always
for each and all your days
even though i dont know you
my love for you is true
for your a living breathing human
created just like me
and so i respect your life
as you should also be.
