Living Heart Beat

Press up against me,
I want to hear your heart beat.
Faster and faster
it races.
Like a fluttering butterfly
I feel it flitter against my
breast.
I need to hear and feel
your breathing.
The breath of life,
for you and for me.
For you I live,
your rhythmic, gentle breathing.
Stroke the hair
away from you eyes,
so that I may stare into them.
I lay upon you,
noticing your
delicious lips
and delicate skin.
I feel your back,
smooth and warm.
I stare into your eyes and
wonder what you're thinking,
as well as feeling.
I love you so much,
I want to spend eternity with you,
and no one else.
