I PLACE MY EYES ON YOURS
FOR THEY MAYBE THE DOOR (windows)
TO MY SELF PITY
AS WELL AS CONCIOUSNESS
MY LIFE IS BUT A KNIFE TAKING
A CARVING TO AN APPLE
SHAPING, PURSUING ITS FIGURE
OUR HEART INTERTWINE
AS THE LEAVES UNFOLD
IDENTIFYING WHAT LAYS BENEATH
IM UNWORTHY BUT TO MYSELF
AS THOUGH ONE WORD SHOULD RHYME
AS THE OTHERS
HEARING THE (D)ARKNESS
SEEING THE (D)ARKNESS
SIMPLIFYING ALL LIFE
ALTHOUGH A (D)ARKNESS HAS BUILT
NOT ONLY TO MYSELF
BUT TO THE WORLD
I SLOWLY DISINTERGRATE
AS THOUGH INTO NOTHING
BUT YET I'M STILL HERE
AS ONE
ITS ONLY MY SELF PITY
THAT HAS BROUGHT ME UNDONE...
