Missing the pieces of my heart
that I have lost,somewhere scattered
along the trail of my worthless life.
My mind has been resorted to dust,
I can no longer think nor function.
I close my eyes, and hope for the better,
and still, I see all the mistakes I have made.
I cannot escape them, just like my shadow,
they lurke in the light, and disapear when
I reach the darkness of my mind.
Empty inside,nothing to say
what's wrong,and what's right.
Hollow inside,cannot feel a thing,
nothing but numbness.
The pain would drive
you crazy, Am I crazy?
Crazy is what some people say when
they cannot find an answer.
But if your not crazy, that makes
you all the more,Because everyone falls
out of place from time to time.
Give in, and let the mistakes take over.
Let them bash you for your faults.
It takes only a second for them to happen,
but a lifetime to erase....

well written poem of contemplation, personally i have never been accused of being normal, but if i was i would have nothing to write about, i much enjoy your poetry, keep writing and dont worry what others think, hugs n' love nessa
