Far away, Far away
Away from the light
Away into the night
The moon is racing across the sky
Jupiter and Neptune are standing by
Walking, running, now she’s gone
She loves this darkness before the dawn
Somehow different, somehow changed
Her darkness a comfort unexplained
Far away from the light
Deep within the void of night
Her heart is ripping as the moon is slipping
Deep beneath the sea
Free from the sound that is her life
Free from the world so full of strife
Blackness binds this perfect beauty
Unties her obligation and her duty
Sets her free into the night
Fearless, tearless, without fright
When her dark work is done
She will be forced to face the sun
She doesn’t care what will be
She only cares that she was free
