in the moment of experience
the mind wanders
reflecting
while pure love and joy
swim constantly around
waiting to be noticed
waiting to be felt
but the mind will find a way
to convince you to hide
tell you all the reasons
why it's wrong to feel
the way you do inside

Another subject I really take to, I think the mind is the result of social conditioning, this is why it often contradicts our natural instincts, sometimes for the better, other times, the worse,
