Deep scars

Suicide
|
This pain that stabs you like a thousand knives,
If only one more to kill.
Or cut deep the wounds that never show,
even with the crimson that flows.
Silent, meaningful, screams I make,
only no one to hear them
no one to care
no one to take the pain away,
but so many people to pull the trigger,
no one to stop the bullet.
No one to understand me or you
or what we go through.
Pleading for help-a release
Crimson red down my arm
to blind the wickedness
I take my vow.
Hide and fall asleep in the dark.
I awke and cannot believe what I have done.
The deep scars, they are there
they never show,
because no one will ever know,
just how badly it hurts,
or how much pain there really is,
just the deep scars that are buried within.

Whoa . . . very nice, very nice indeed. Painful, emotional, and verrrrry well written. The idea of so many of us carrying scars that hurt but scars that no one will ever truly see . . . great job in depicting that. I truly hope things for you improve.

i think that this is the best one of yours that i've read!
o'k, i don't know how much t hurts, i hold my deepest symapathy for you in every way possible!
you're an excelent poet!
at least hold that inner strength in a special place inside, and when you ever feel worthless, release that thought and just know that you've not!
and all those that comment good things on your poems, will back you up on this fact, 'm sure!
*hugs*
