Life of Sadness

Life of Sadness

I can't live this life anymore
Not the way I have so far
I can't live this life of lies
When it's ending right now
I can't live this life of sadness
Not anymore
This pain increased too much
To bear alone
That's how the story goes
With every moment of bliss
Caused by ignorance
I received a moment of pain
To balance it out in the end

Life is binary code
Nothing more
Life is negatives and positives
And you end up being a zero
Or a one
You're either dying while living
Or a member of the afterlife
Your binary code went to zero
But this life of sadness
Is a negative and there's a positive

I won't follow your example
And become another zero
When ones are rarer
I won't follow your example
And give up to live
In your nonexistent world
I won't follow your example
Dying because of a negative
When you had a positive
Binary code deleted with a zero

Oooooh . . . very, VERY nice job. I loved the metaphor . . . life as a binary code is a great one and really makes you think. Wonderful, intriguing, intuitive poem. Nicely done.
