My Broken Heart

Topic: Suicide

You gave me so much,
then took it all away.
How could you do that,
and live with it everyday?
You hurt me so bad,
and made me so sad.

I wipped tear after tear as I cried,
I am so hurt, so torn up inside,
full of pain, just wanting to die.
How could you just stab me in the back?
What is it that I lack?

Trusting you came back to haunt me,
and now I must pay the fee.
What is it?
What have I done wrong,
why must I sing this sorrowful song?

I hope you are hurting too,
the way you are tearing me apart
and the way you have taken my heart.
Smashed to pieces I sit here,
now living in fear,
fear I'll snap and take away
everything I've lived for and everyday.

I sit here and wonder about our future,
will it last,
Or will it be taken away by the past?
You are someone I can't live without,
it is my life and ours that I doubt.
So many memories, I am so atttached,
and my broken heart, it is so pattched.
