i'm a dissapointment to my family
i'm not what they want me to be
i'm not skinny and trendy
and i don't like makeup on me
they want me to be a manufactured prep
when thats not what I want to do
i'd rather really be myself
honestly and true
i want to be original
not some puppet on a string
i'd rather feel what I want to feel
and be the real thing

Ash, great poem! I really enjoyed it. Just to let you know. You arent a dissapointment to me! I really wish you would stop doing all of these things you are doing to yourself! Hitting walls breaking skin. Its enough Ash. Time to stop! The attention isnt worth the pain. I promise. I already have a broken knuckle because of hitting a wall and you dont need one. SO I am telling you as your friend. Love yourself enough not to hurt yourself or look down on yourself. Brian had to tell me this and I think you should be told also because I know how it is to hate yourself so much. It feels so much better to just stop hurting yourself I promise that! Remember keep God first ALWAYS and give all your problems to him.

Good! Be the real thing. Don't live a lie, I'm sure that you will regret it if you do. Way to be strong and go with who you truly are. It wouldn't last the other way anyway. Good poem.
