Light... perfect master of darkness in disguise
The sun and moon contemplate
Eternity within your eyes
I hear the calling of a soul that’s falling
Way beyond the years
I have a subtle sense of deja vu
But I’m neglecting all my fears
Radiant stars cast from your hand
Illuminate a black and timeless land
We are just equal parts of the whole
Willing back what fate once stole
Waves of wonder fill my mind
Light and dark beings
Caught in space and time
In the end, it’s just cruel perfection
That keeps this infinite connection

Loved the flow of this poem. Liked the line:
