You can not be here to wipe away my tears.
You can not be here to save me from my fears.
You can not be here to hold my hand.
You can not be here to make me sink like quick sand.
You can not be here to make everything bad go away.
You can not be here to make me want to stay.
You can not be here to see how I put up a front but really I am dying inside being here without you.
You can not be here to see how even though everything is so bright but yet I am so blue.
You can not be here to tell me it will all be alright.
You can not be here to make my world bright.
You can not be here to kiss me goodnight.
You can not be here to make me happy inside.
You can not be here to tell me there is no reason to want to hide.
You can not be here though you want to.
You can not be here to turn my heart into goo.
You can not be here to tell me you will love me forever.
You can not be here to say you want to forever be together.
You can not be here so I have to keep you locked safely in my heart.
You can not be here so I have to be brave and act like it isnt hard being apart.
