I get ready for the long, cold Winter's rest and harvest the juicy, red apples for the long, cold,
bitter season.
I picked out every red apple that hadn't been rotted or eaten until my hand felt numb from the bitter coldness of the harsh wind.
And Winter will come time and time again.
But the apple shall blossom yet again in the Spring.
And Though Winter marks a regular new year.
I say, that when the birds start singing their songs again, and the flowers blossom for the bees to pick their pollen again, and when the apples flower from their Winter's sleep, it's Spring, and that's my mark of the start of a fresh new year.
