Platin Moon

Topic: DarkPoetry

In the nightmare of another sleepless night,
hiding, running fearing what's sleeping inside.
Is it only chasing after ghosts, or simply the truth?
This nightmare of my own, the shadows of my youth

Under a platin moon
there's that little girl running, fighting.
If she'd let evil take over, she'd be dying,
In search for the platin sun

Candle falling, blood flowing,
lips parting to a tiny smile as the flames are growing.
Is it right to leave the world like this?
Awoken from the nightmare, she nods in bliss

Under a platin moon,
the little girl is crying.
She remembers, she's is born for dying,
in search for the platin sun.

The last prayer, a silent mumble,
oh, still so humble.

"Dear my river of dreams,
who took me downstreams,
whom I promissed to never leave,
please, help me in my grief

Dear my love,
watching me from above,
when we will met again,
will your heart know then?

Oh, my beloved memories,
before the crisis,
what I all keept dearly in my heart,
from what I'll never be torn apart."

She did her last quest,
silently whispers, "It's for the best".
Looking up she knows, that she'll now leave this world,
flying away like a bird.

On heaven,
to heaven...?
