THIS HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN

Harsh words were exchanged.
Nothing I said would I have changed.
I’m ***** off with being her doormat.
It’s about time she looked at her ‘doormat’.

I’m no longer going to hold my tongue,
This has only just begun.
Should I even consider you my friend.
I’m no longer going to bend.

Too many times have you crossed the line.
I can no longer sit and stare blind.
There’s only so much ***** a person can take,
This time you have definitely taken the cake.

You need to wake up friend, you can’t push anymore.
I used to be able to stand you to my core.
This has all gone.
I mean long gone.

You need to open your pretty green eyes.
What I say are no lies.
You never did listen to the words I said.
Now would you even notice if I was dead.

Everyone makes mistakes,
So I was drunk, sick oops look big mistakes.
You go on at me like my parents.
You’re meant to be my mate so why won’t you ***** relent.

You scream and shout at me.
Yet you forget how loud I can be.
You should count your blessings it was not face-to-face.
It would have been a completely different case.

My, you were more than a little perturbed when you wrote this. As I read I got a very clear image of you with a sword drawing a line in the sand and saying, this far and no farther. Cross this line at your peril. Nicely done. The doormat analogy was nicely constructed. Liked the line about her actually needing to look at the doormat. Your fury as you wrote this speaks very loudly. Remind me please to never get you really mad at me. bob
