'PLEASE DON'T PUT MY HEART BACK!"
the height, the depth, the width
of feelings, I simply feel too much.
please do not put my heart back,
for others to touch. if I'm hurt
I can endure, but what about
those we love? there is simply
no cure for injustice of grave
gravity, fine, reasonable, chastely,
young, inexperienced, pliable,
eager to please. I stand on the
side lines comprehending both
sides, my heart so sensitive for
others feelings, hides, where
are their loyalties, unreasonable,
betrayers, power believers,
unscrupulous ways. day in
and day out, never change,
like infectious mange. their unfeeling
hearts covered over, no care,
no concerns, hate anyone good,
will never be grown men, nor
know manhood, please don't
put my heart back, I can no
longer stand the hurts. they
have no feelings, hurting
others, they've become power
hungry, authoritiative,
intimidating, manipulating experts,
even insisting now, obedience
to them even if those under
them know it is wrong and unwise!
