Concrete feet, dried into the ground
The discomfort drives you mad
You make no sense, no sense at all
Am I too weak to break your fall?
Let’s brand me right now, bare it on my skin
The way you love to make sure I don’t fit in
Too weak for anything
Stop right there, trust me it’s fair
It’s our way of showing you we really do care
So am I your little China Doll?
Fragile tape around my waist
So you can shape me how you want
And paint breakable on my brittle face
Concrete feet will keep her safe
She won’t be able to move
Concrete feet so she can’t grow
We’re doing it just for you
Dizzy, dizzy, spinning round
Though my feet are fixate to the ground
Frail, little China Doll
We’ll destroy your little soul
We’ll assume the world will swallow you whole
Concrete feet can stop me no more
Though my China Doll exterior stays solid in the floor
One day I’ll be strong enough to break your fall
