My life isn't the greatest
it changed with a blink of the eye
somedays i wake up and wish i would have died
My goal in life was to be a professional skater
now it looks ill just be a hater
one car accident that changed my life
that made me wish that i could have used the knife
just to know that i'll never skate again
that ill never win
I should be happy i can walk...
but i really dont even care to talk
this is my life
something that changed in a blink of an eye.

Welcome to YPDC, Danielle. This is such a sad poem. I'm sorry if this is true, but you have to be thankful for life..and for your talent as a writer. Keep it up..things will look brighter.

| thanks guys i know life has its ups and downs its better for me to write how i feel instead of thinking bad evil thoughts or even going through with them... i know one day i will skate again because im determined but the docter says i may never |

| i'm all down with the poetry and stuff, but don't you think rhyming in the comments is taking it just a bit too far? maybe just a bit bizarre? oh well if you can't skate maybe you can race cars. or learn to play a guitar! |
