Topic: oops

Where am I going
I know not what my future holds
There was a time I thought I knew
A hasty beginning
On a course, with no heading
I aimlessly wandered along
I had no charts to follow
There were no stars to guide me
No path, lighted from the moon above
My journey has been long and lonely
Fellow travelers, none, save one
We didn't think the same
We didn't share the same language
Our destinations were different
We were not meant to travel together
A parting of our ways
Each in our own direction
Knowing not what our futures hold
In time we will find out, but not together
