LOVE IN THE SAND

on a sand bar,
just right off the shore.
laying in the sand,
desiring you more.
side by side,
engrossed in your smile.
shadow of night,
for a long while.
something so forbidden,
such as love ,still.
connected as one,
united at will.
together we are,
a destination to be.
all alone in time,
just you and me.

This is a very touching poem. To find a connection like that is truly a gift.
