Ever since the last time
I was Making Love To You
Everything seems perfect
We could start things new.
All the problems vanished
All the fears were gone
I felt a fresh beginning
One we could carry on.
Wrapped up in your body
And Making Love To You
Made our love grow stronger
One day closer to “I do.”
Problems seem so distant
And what could matter more?
Things were back to happy
Like they had been before.
It’s all that I can wait for
Just Making Love To You
To leave the issues buried
So love can pull us through.
‘Cause slowly it’s all fading
The old routine of misery
Love’s our pure foundation
Again it will set us free.
I’m dreaming that next moment
Of Making Love To You
This time will be our heaven
If somehow you only knew.
So long ago I promised
And today it still remains
I’ll love you for forever
Your running through my veins.
So I’ll take all those moments
Of Making Love To You
And I will love you better
One last chance to start anew.
