Grief

Nothing ever good happens in this fateful tomb
Your here to hurt all the time no point in denial
And i know and feel that its killing you
I can see it in your covered up smile
I hear the reaper in your dreadful screams
The way he falls out of your eyes I admire
And the way he covers you in a painful mist
Of that unreachable dark desire
The one that you stretch out to grab and miss by miles
Only to have blood trickle down your cold fingertips
From a dead rose with rotten petals and thorns
Wrapped round your heart, your bleeding lips
In the real world nothing falls from up above
You learnt the hard way in this worthless love
