I stand alone
My own two feet securely on the ground
The paths I choose must be my own
And if I should fall down
My own two hands shall pick me up
And gently guide me through
Although I may slip from my grasp
And lose my point of view
My inner strength will call to me
And keep my thoughts on track
Regardless of the obstacles
They'll be no turning back
My heart will remain strong and true
And be loyal just to me
I may stand alone
But I'll be in good company
